home teeth whitening kit?
i'm thinking about buying a home teeth whitening kit as the dentist charge silly money to have it done, I've trauled the internet and have found that pola night is used in a lot of dentists.
has anyone used this before and what were the results like?
how many applications do you get out of 1 syringe?

Hi Jamsy,
I've just finished a course of Polar Night which my dentist charged me £400 for.
As you will know its only £50 on the net(which sadly I found out later). It is exactly the same as the dentist gave me.
You make whats know as a tray ( a plastic mould) which Polar will make for you.
You then put a drop on each of the tooth shapes in the tray and then place the tray in your mouth for a couple of hours each day.
The course normally last for 7 - 10 days, but you can shorten or lengthen the course to suit the level of whiteness you want.
It gets the tea and coffee stains off that brushing doesnt get but it wont make the teeth whiter than they are 'naturally' white.
It's made a big difference to me. You then 'top up' the treatment every few months if your teeth start to get re-stained
You should get about 3/4 applications out of each syringe. Best to get the ten pack to start.
P.S. The teeth can become extra sensative during treatment so you need to use a sensative paste and mounthwash, but after completion the teeth are back to normal.
